TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY OF GOODS
All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification.
Orders placed during normal business hours will be processed immediately and shipped within 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday). MADE TO ORDER + 7 to 14 days. Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM PST and through the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
All delivery time-frames stated are estimated and may be subject to change.
Please note, for International deliveries, local import duties and charges may apply. The Seller accepts no risk of merchandise loss due to international shipment. All risk passes to the Buyer upon our delivery to the carrier.
1.1. If the mode of transport is negotiated on the basis of a special request of the Buyer, the Buyer bears the risk and any additional costs associated with this mode of transport.
1.2. If the Seller is obliged to deliver the goods to the place defined specifically by the Buyer in the Order under the Purchase Contract, the Buyer is obliged to take over the goods upon delivery. If the Buyer does not take over the ordered goods, he is obliged to pay the Seller a contractual penalty of CZK 500 or 20 USD or 20 EUR and will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or custom charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to the Seller.
1.3. In the event that due to reasons on the part of the Buyer it is necessary to deliver the goods repeatedly or in another way than specified in the order, the Buyer is obliged to pay the costs associated with repeated delivery of goods, respectively. costs associated with other delivery methods.
1.4. When receiving the goods from the carrier, the Buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging of goods and in case of any defects notify the carrier immediately. In case of finding a breach of the package, which indicates unauthorized entry into the shipment, the Buyer need not take the shipment from the carrier.
1.5. Other rights and obligations of the parties in the carriage of goods may be governed by special delivery terms of the Seller, if issued by the Seller.
The Buyer may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches the Buyer`s country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by the Buyer; the Seller has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from the Seller, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
